There are 2 ways to book your stay at Danemead Campsite. 

You can print out the booking form here and post

it to the booking secretary with your deposit, or fill

in our online booking form here  and the booking

secretary will contact you to confirm your booking

A £100 deposit is required to reserve Uncle Toms Cabin. Please note Uncle Tom's Cabin can only be booked for a minimum of two nights.  Cheques should be made payable to "Danemead Management Committee". See terms and conditions regarding deposits.  For details of the tariff, please contact the booking secretary.

Weekend bookings are from 20:00hrs on Friday to 16:00hrs on Sunday

All Scout & Guide Leaders will require camping permits. Other organisations must have proper insurance cover.

You are advised to copy your booking form for your records.  If you have any problems with using this website or making your booking, please contact the booking secretary.
